October 2, 2007 Board Meeting Agenda Item #22 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE BOOKER HIGH SCHOOL - CERAMICS CLASSROOMS & PORTABLES PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by Jon F. Swift, Inc. for the Booker High School - Ceramics Classrooms & Portables project be accepted as substantially complete as of 8/10/2007.
